Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total booking price or £100 (whichever is the greater amount) is required to confirm your booking and will be held over during your stay. Full payment for your booking is due 4 weeks prior to the date of your arrival.

Your deposit will be refunded within 7 days of departure, after deduction of the cost of gas and electricity and any other costs as per our Terms and Conditions that will be supplied at the time of booking.

Payment

We accept payment by cheque to M. Collins.

Services

The electricity meter will be read on your arrival and again on departure and will be charged at a reasonable rate based on current prices.

Check-in and Check-out Times

All bookings run from Friday to Friday.

The Check-in time is from 3pm onwards on your day of arrival. Check-out time on your date of departure is 10am.

Linen

A full set of quality bed linen and bathroom towels are provided for your use. Please bring your own beach towels.

Smoking

Moss Cottage Barn is a strictly a non-smoking establishment. However we do not have any problem if you would like to smoke outdoors.

Pets

We regret that we are unable to accomodate two, three or four-legged friends.
